PEO Appointment. Decision Delayed

Hi All,
I applied for ILR as a work permit holder on the 5 year rule. I had all documents and the case worker told me that everything is fine but my english test is not coming up on their online system and they will keep my application and all documents for further confirmation of my english test. I have cleared TOEIC with 170 in speaking and a lot more what was required in listening and reading.
Can anyone share if this happened to anyone and what was the outcome and how long it took to get a decision?
Thanks in advance.
Sid

To add to this, i have just found out that the Approved English Test requirement on the UKBA website clearly states that a Score report is sufficient if you have taken TOEIC. For all the other approved tests such as IELTS, TOEFL etc, it should be verified online.
My opinion is this that the case worker never dealt with a case with TOIEC test and she thought it needs to be verified as the other English Tests (IELTS, TOEFL, etc). Is their any way to inform them of this?
Any suggestions anyone?
Thanks in advance

What did you use form your WP EC? Do you have a degree which was taught in English?

I used set O form. 6 months payslip, 6 months bank statements, original work permit, letters from employer, mortgage statement for my house. She said everything is fine except she can't verify the English test online.
I have a degree from Pakistan which is taught in English which I gave her when she told me about verification of my English test. She said that if that degree will come in their system, she can use that instead of the TOEIC. But she checked and came back saying that it's not on their system. And told me that she will have to verify the English test and will call me by Wednesday. But no contact from her untill now.

You can get a NARIC statement of comparability for your degree with proof it was taught in English.

I tried the application with NARIC but after 2 weeks of messing around I couldn't get any answer from them and I cancelled my application.
I can try that again but the point is whether it will be required as the case worker didn't ask me to send her any documents. Instead she said she will verify the TOEIC and that's about it.

Hi everyone, Amber thanks for your response. I got my ILR yesterday. Recieved two separte packets. All my original documents through Royal mail and BRP card through DX. Letter of approval issued on 19th December. Originals documents and BRP card both delivered Monday 22nd December.
I didnt recieved any call from the case worker though i was told that i will and if someone is waiting for a call, please remember that its not necessary that they will call. Inshallah everything will work fine for everyone. Good luck to all.
