Hi
I have a query on leave of absence
If I calculate 5 years backwards e.g. 24/12/13...I wouldnt have been in the country then as I am using the 90 day concession rule. I entered the country on 29th January 2009 and first entry clerance is on 13 January 2009
What would you do in this instance?? Are we to ignore the period before 29th January 2009?
