UKNARIC Certificate for Dependent

I am planning to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) from Tier 1 (GENERAL) next year i.e. Aug 2014 and would like to confirm if certificate provided by UKNARIC for my dependent would be OK to prove Language requirements stated in KOLL (Knowledge of Language and Life) on the basis of Degree Taught in English

My dependent has an international bachelors degree in business and I have successfully found the degree in UKBA point based calculator as well.

If this certificate is enough then we won't have to get into this ESOL/IELTS exam which is added step and expensive while certificate will only cost GBP54/

So, should we go for IELTS or Certificate, which one is best?

You advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

I think you should be okay as the education shows up on PBS (hence acknowledged by UK NARIC)

** Still check with group seniors

Thanks for your response, lets wait for seniors comment on the subject.

I am also watching https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... outside_uk, official response would resolve the confusion

So long as 10 points are awarded for English Skills and 20 for qualification, should be fine.
