hi All,
I came to UK on 21st April 2004 and visa was issues on 1st April 2004,
My confusion here is that when my 28 days eligibility for ILR starts?
is it from visa issue date 1st April or the date I first came to UK?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi
It's start from the day you arrived in uk and its clearly stated in long residence information so you can apply about 25th march

You can apply 28 days prior to the expiry of your current visa as your case comes under the '90 days concession' .
