Hi there, we're applying for our ILR in February 2014.
For the English Language criteria, is it sufficient for my wife and I to supply our degree certificates and a print out of the points based calculator, showing the 10 points scored for the English language.
Both of our respective qualifications and institutions, qualify for the English Language criteria, on the PB calcluator.
Is this sufficient.
Please help!

Hi Amber, happy new year
I'm trying to book the premium service for any date after the 17 February 2014, however, the UKBA website is saying there are no available slots.
I'm guessing that slots only become available 6 weeks prior. Is this still the case?
Regards

Hello experts,
I am in a similar situation, i.e. took my BSc Degree in English. I have supplied the Degree certificate during my Tier-1 General application to score points under 'Qualifications'.
Now I intend to use the same to qualify for the Language Requirement, however I do not have my Degree certificate with my in the UK. On the SET O form it doesn't seem to have an option to tick to say that I will not be providing this evidence because it has been provided previously.
Please advise. Thank you.
