I spoke to a friend the other day who got his ILR 2 years ago. Croydon was busy so he booked for Cardiff instead and said the staff out there, and experience in general, was a lot smoother than he had experienced at Lunar House.

Has anyone else experienced this? Would anyone recommend travelling further afield (Cardiff or elsewhere) for the same day ILR service?

Be interesting to get peoples thoughts or experiences.

I haven't been to Cardiff, but been to croydon/liverpool/solihull
But I much prefer Solihull than Croydon.
Croydon is very busy and bit confusion. Solihull much friendly and less busy

I traveled to cardiff PEO two weeks ago..Very smooth experience

It's definitely less crowded as compared to Croydon. Actually when I went, there were only around 7-10 ppl in the office. It's a very small office, you can find parking right next to the building..
