ILR rejected due to salary

I am on Tier 2 ICT visa in UK from last 5 years. I applied for ILR under tier 2 category and was rejected due to salary given by the employer. The expected salary for the job code of experienced programmmer is 29800 and mine was just 27200. I can't ask my employer to increase my salary and they will definitely send me back to India if I ask to increase my salary. Therefore, just wanted to check if there is any other way I can increase my income and show UKBA to apply for the ILR again in next 2-3 months?

I'm sorry for your situation. However, you must not do any other work as you are in a sponsored visa , i.e., tier 2 ICT. The employer should increase the salary as they issued you a visa on a certain job code.
