Salary related Question for ILR

I'm a limited company director applying ilr on 21 jan .Currently on Tier1.
I'm claiming points for past 12 months showing salary +dividends (1jan2013-31Dec2013).
My question is i was out of contract from 1Jan2013 to End of april 2013 and i'm shoiwng salary and dividend during this time.
will this be an issue ? I'm employed by my limited company.
I'm printing the payslips on a plain paper and i have asked accountant to give a letter stating that payslips are genuine .is this the right way of doing it ?
Could someone help me on this please ?
