ILR for dependant Spouse

Hello There,
I have been staying here since I first came here on 19th Apr 2009 on a Tier 2 Visa. In 2010, I got my Tier 1 and got it renewed it last year which expires in 2015. As my Tier 2 validity starts from 30th March 2009, I was told by one of the solicitors that I can apply 30 days in adavnce of that date which is 2nd March.
My wife landed here on 27th May 2009 and has been with me since then. However, she was not in the UK for a period of 11 months (Oct 2011-Sep2012) as she was back in India for the delivery of our first baby there. She returned here along with our son in Sept 2012 and since then she has been here.
I looked at this 2 year clause which was applicable for the dependants and there was not a great deal of information asked about the them. It was all about me - salary, address and exactly how I wanted it to be (except the money ofcourse). However, the one clause which caused which caused me bit of a worry is the one below (page 48).
Could you please provide your view on what the caluse means and what evidence might be needed?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Harish

If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this application form who is applying at the same
time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a
maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters
or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse.
If I understand this correctly, I was last granted leave in 2012 July when she was in India. She applied from there and got her extention as my dependent. Is it that I need to show proofs of documents which has both of our names on that since this date? Also what documents can I try to furnish as there is not much which has both of our names on them (except bank statements which I am not sure if they start from Sept or not).documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years)
