Please can someone answer my question about PEO appointments , my 2 year dependent spouse visa expires 01 Mar 2014 , i want to book an appointment on 14 feb 2014.

Can i get an appointment within 10 working days bf 1 Mar when my visa expires . I really want to do it in feb,

Another question is if I don't get a feb date and book it in march . Am I applying more than 28 days after my visa expires if I book it in March .

NB I can't book in January Christmas Bills to pay for family and I , till I have the money mid feb . The appointment booking requires paying 1426 straight forward after booking choosing a date. Thanks your contribution will be appreciated

Reply:-------- Hi you are eligible from 28 days before your visa expires that means you are eligible for ILR using set(m) form from 2nd February 2014. Just book the appointment online and go for it you need to take 2 years cohabitation document +LIFE IN THE UK TEST PASS NOTIFICATION LETTER + B1 ENGLISH EXAM PASS CERTIFICATE

And 3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements.
