I am due to apply for ILR, my wife's dependent entry visa was earlier rejected that was later on approved via court appeal, My understanding is that there is no need to declare it in the form as the decision was over turn by court, same was not declared during her Tier 1 dependent extension form.

Is it okay not to mention in ILR as well?
