Biometriccard issued in old name (name changed10yrs ago)

Now I am facing two dilemmas:
Getting back to my original name in my expired Chinese passport ( Bruce Lee) in order to apply for a new valid Chinese passport, with which I will be able to travel back to China to see my parent Whom I haven’t seen since the new millennium
2) Sticking with my current name ( Jackie Chan) which was changed to by deed poll ten years ago. This is the name bearing in all of my qualifications gained in the UK. It’s also my favourite .but then I might have problem with the Chinese authorities for issuing me valid documents travelling back to China
