Hi everyone

I have a Tier 1 (General) visa and I'm applying for ILR at a PEO in the next couple of months.

I was unemployed whilst on holiday in Finland and Russia from 21/12/2012 to 02/01/2013 so I have two questions:

1) What reason do I put for this in Q6.2?
2) What evidence can I provide for this (Q6.3)? Or is it enough for me just to say it was a holiday, and for them to look at my passport stamps?

Apologies if these questions have been answered somewhere else, but I couldn't see anything.

just put holiday in the reason for absence column

Hi Mep,

Just wanted to ask you did yo apply for your ILR and what was the outcome? and how did you handle this? I have similar situation, where i was outside country with no job in my 1st year of Tier 1 General. I am due to apply for ILR in September, so would really appreciate your help.
