Hi,

I have been granted ILR today at Solihull PEO. They are have moved to a new location temporarily because of the renovation work on the existing office.

I had appointment at 10:00am with one dependent but reached 9:15am after parking my car in john lewis car park which is 5 mins walk from the PEO. I have been allowed in after airport style security. I went there with my wife(dependent) and daughter (she is not applying as born in the UK).

I have been given a token at around 9:30 after filling a brief form, at 9:45 a lady took our application form and documents from us after confirming we have paid the fee. We have been called for biometric at around 10am, it took around 15 mins to complete the biomectrics for both me and my wife. We have been asked to leave the PEO at around 10:35am and told about some nice shops and shopping center close to the PEO and asked to come to the office after receiving the phone call from them.

Received the phone call around 11:20 that our application is finished processing and is ready for collection. Went to the PEO at around 11:30 to be informed and congratulated that our application is been approved and Biometrics should be received in 7 days.

Overall very good experience, everybody was very nice and welcoming including from the security staff, biometric collection lady and the lady who took our application form.

Thanks,

Hi mfaheem,

Congratulations on your successful ILR!

Can you please help me on the below points as I have appointment on 21'Jan?

HSMP granted 11 March 2008
Entered UK 26 June 2008 (here missed the 90 day concession)
Left UK on account of my dad's ill health after 10 days
Reentered UK 1nov 2008 (exceeded 180 days here )
Extended /Tier 1 switch 2010 to 2013
Extended tier 1 2013 to april 2015

Considering my absences what should I fill in section

6.1 : I believe this the first date I entered UK on my HSMP .26 June 2008.. Please confirm.

6.2 : I believe I have to mention all absences till date since I entered UK . Please confirm

7.11: How many years shall I mention here please? From 26th June till date ?
I can mention one instance for more than 6 months however this does not fall in the continous qualifying period.

Kindly advise on the above . Appreciate your help on the same in advance.
