Hi,

My ILR is due in mid May 2014. I work as a contractor and currently pregnant with due date in mid march. So potentially I wouldnt be working from Mar 2014 onwards. For ILR purposes, is this an issue or there are special conditions like maternity are taken into account ?
Do I need to show suitable income for the last 12 months preceding May 2014 or this could be 12 months preceding Mar 2014 ?
