Good day people

I have my appointment in few weeks time, and would appreciate if someone can confirm on the document list i am planning to exhibit in my ILR Appointment
I am a Tier 2 ICT migrant

General Docs
===========
* Printout of Appointment Email
* Printout of Online Payment sheet
* Fully filled SET (O) Application form.

Main applicant
===========
* 2 Recent passport photographs
* Passport
* Biometric residence permit
* LIUK pass certificate
* Degree certificate
* Degree taught in english certificate from College
* Print out of Points based calcualtor
* 12 months payslip
* 12 months bank statements
* P60s of 5 years
* One Employer letter with SOC code, rate of pay, and confirmationof my employment in the foreseeable future, absences, and rate of pay above the SOC guidelines
* Printout of absences
* Intial work permit with which i have enetered UK
* All approval letters of my extensions since then


Dependant - Wife
=============
* 2 Recent passport photographs
* Passport
* Biometric residence permit
* Marriage Certificate
* LIUK pass certificate
* Degree certificate
* Degree taught in english certificate from College
* Print out of Points based calcualtor
* Co-habitation docs like -

* Letter from Landlord
* Latest extension letter (2013) of both of us
* Bank statements in joint names
* water bill in joint names
* Engery bill in joint names
* council tax bill for the current & previous year in joint names
* Letter from GP confirming she has been registered with that practice since 2009, and the
addresses she stayed; As we did not have letter between apr -2012 and Ausgust 2012
* NI appointment letter of my wife & a letter evidence of me for the same month
* Dental practise letter of my wife & a letter evidence of me for the same month
* Maternity card letter my wife & a letter evidence of me for the same month

All the co-habitation docs are spread across 4 months interval, except between apr-2012 and August 2012, as we dont have during that period, but have got letter from landlord and GP to confirm my wife's residence.

Dependant - Daughter

* 2 Recent passport photographs
* New Passport & Old Passports
* Biometric residence permit
* Birth Certificate

Request the helpful forum members to check and confirm whether the doc list above is sufficient or something missing
Please can someone confirm whether the covering letter is really required to be submitted along with the application?

Check my comments below . You should submit only required document and keep it simple which helps CW. You can still carry other document and produce if asked for. For your dependent co-hab you only need proof since your last extension as you are on PBS , so you are absolutely fine.

* P60s of 5 years--You can keep it with you and can produce if asked for but isn't required.

Thanks dk2011 for your reply. I take your point to furnish what is really required.
So you mean the list i have provided is more than enough, and have not missed anything from main applicant, dependant wife and dependant child perspective?

Also, do we really need a covering letter?
