Hi,
My wife was first granted Tier 1 Dependent in May '12 & we later applied for ILR Dependent in Dec '12 valid for 2 years which is expiring in Dec '14.

I just wanted to check if she would be able to apply for ILR? if so when should the application be made?

As a primary/main ILR holder do I need to maintain any funds (if so, whats is the requirements i.e. salary, maintenance period) as part of the my wife's ILR application. My wife is working full time, does this help out in any way?

Where will I find information on the eligibility? documents required?

Your guidance would be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Providing there was no break from pbs dep to FLR(M) she can apply after 2 years in the UK ~May 2014 (from 28 days before) by virtue of immigration rule 287(a)(I)(d). She'll need LIUK and B1 English, cohabitation proof and 3 months wage slips and corresponding bank statements.

Hi amber,
Thank you for your reply, appreciate it.

quick check on your comment "no break"? even though my wife first entry into the UK was on 15th jun '12 and was here for couple of day and was out of the uk until 17th July 12, does this stop her making the application?

When you mentioned 3 months payslips of my wife, is there a minimum earnings req??? She is self employed, what earnings documents does she needs to submit along with application.

Also my wife completed her masters degree (2yrs course) in USA, I believe this is enough for English requirements? Please confirm....

Is there any minimum requirement in my earnings or do I need to maintain or show any funds from my side?

Thanks!
