Hi,
My ILR is due in Jun-2015 however I am falling short by 2 months hence I need another extension. I am planning to apply for Tier 1 extension in July-2014 and I am assuming my extension will be granted for 3 years which is July-2017.

I am also planning to get married later this year in October. If my partner/wife apply for visa in October, I am assuming it will be granted till July-2017(validity of my new Tier1). Now after this, in June-2015 if I get ILR do my partner need to switch her visa again to become ILR dependent or can she continue as Tier 1 dependant until July-2017.(note my would be WIFE is currently outside UK and will be entering UK for first time in October 2014 if things go as we desired).

I am just asking these so that what is the best way to deal this from cost perspective as I see TIer1/ILR are quite expensive now a days.

Would be greateful if some one help. Thanks

How is your ILR due when you are falling 2 months short ? It will be due only when you are eligible.
Your wife can continue to be on PBS dpenedent VISA until she qualifies for ILR.

Sorry, I mean't I will complete 5 years in UK in June-2015 where as my Tier-1 is valid only till April-2015 which is why I said I am falling short of 2 months and need another extension.

Thanks for your reply.
