ILR application 5 year with partner 27th jan

Dear all,

I will be applying for the ILR with my partner next monday (27/1/2014) and I just wanted to check that we have covered everything we need for the application. So far we have the following:

- Application form
- Two photographs (for each of us)
- Two passports and two BPR
- Police registration certificate (Both of us)
- LIUK test pass letter (Both of us)
- Payment sheet
- Letter from my employer
- Payslips for the last 6 months
- P60s for last 4 years (as I do not have this years yet)
- Co-habilitation documents:
- Bank statements for joint account since November 2010 (when my husband entered the UK)
- Bank statement just myself showing savings in last 6 months
- Electricity bills October 2013 (both our names)
- Council tax for 2012 (both our names), and letter from the council stating we are both still paying the council tax.
- Letter from my partners college showing he did an English course in November 2010
- My partner Police registration confirmation letter June 2011
- My partner counterpart driving license
- Our marriage certificate in our language and the translation as well
- Land registry showing I own the flat we live in.
- Mortgage statements for 2012 and 2013 under my name.
- My MSc degree
- My partner MSc degree

Is there anything that I must ensure to include in the application?

I will be grateful if you can advise me on my papers.

It really depends on from what route you applying for ILR.

If Tier 1 general, make sure you have payslips and bank statements to cover your earning points. From most recent to backwards.
Just saying have 6 months bank statements and 6 months payslips may or may not cover your points you claiming for purely depends how much you have earned in 6 months.

Well I am on a tier 2 general visa at the moment. I can include more payslips so will include that. Thank you
