Leave to remain eligibility ??

Hi
I am Tunisian national married to a French national wife since march 2009 but she have only been working for 1 year then we had our baby 2011 then she was full time mom at home ever since.
Can you please advice me what do you need from me to bring in order to apply for a permanent leave to remain in UK knowing that I have been working and living together for the last 5 years with our 2 and years old son and i had enough income to take of the house hold and also set up my own company last year were I have employed my wife ?
