Hi, this forum really helped me in getting Tier 1(ent) visa....

I got a query... I have been in UK since 09/2008, after my masters I have gone to my home country and applied for Post study work visa after 4 months...

09/2008 to 10/2010 student visa

10/2010 to 02/2011 outside UK with out visa

02/2011 to 02/2013 post study work

02/2013 to 02/2016 Tier 1 entrepreneur visa

Will I be eligible for 10 yr long residency if I stay in UK until 09/2018(with 4 months outside UK without visa) ?

And one more doubt, (3yrs Tier 1 entrepreneur + 2 yrs Tier 2 general) in this situation will I be eligible for ILR under 5 yr rule?

Please provide your valuable suggestions for my future.

Thanks,

Bala

ILR eligibility states "10 years legally in the UK on varying visa statuses ", if you had valid visa would have escaped saying Holidays, not having Visa during that time don't think would count.

For your 2nd question: not sure would leave experts to answer
info you can find it on http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... ing/tier1/

As a Tier 1 Entrepreneur, what is your level of investment and business activity?

Yes. You would have needed to be in the UK for five years on a Tier 1 or 2 visa (excluding Tier 1 post-study work)
