Please I don't know if someone will be able to help me.i am planning to book a PEO appointment for my indefinite leave to remain as a spouse of a settled person.
I notice in the requirement 2 years proof of cohabitation is needed.I have got the following documents
-2years joint account statement(joint name)
-2years telephone bill(joint name)
-2 years council tax letter(joint name)
-2 years water bill(joint name)
-2 years bank statement(single name)
I am a bit confused because I am not sure if I have to produce correspondence for every single month over the two years.Please could someone advise how I can spread this correspondence evenly over the two years period and also what other proof do I need to include.

For every 4 months of the last 2 years supply:

1 Joint letter or a letter each from a total of at least 3 different sources.

Dependant since 2010,applied for flr(m) in 2012 but refused.now granted leave until 2016.when can I apply for set(m).as the letter from home office stated any future application I make in the marriage categorywill be considered under paragraph 284or 287or295D or 295G

I gather you were granted leave for 2 years? You could apply for SET(M) now so long as you were granted FLR(M) subsequent to being a PBS dep, you have qualified 2 years as a dep and you meet B1 English and LIUK.

I have got the following
Council tax bills:joint for 2 years
BT bills:joint for 2 years
Bank statements:joint for 2 years
Water bills:joint for 2 years
Bank statement:single for 2 years
Electricity bills:dec 2013- April 2014
Letters from home office,nhs appointment letter,Gp survey letter,letter from HMRC,covering some parts of the 2 years randomly.
Please have I got enough document cause the requirement is 6 joint letters or 12single letters.
Please how do I divide the bills into quarterly as we get our statements every month covering and this cover I month statement each(not like quarterly bills in one statement)
Please how do I sort this issues out,your replied would be appreciated

Please some one help.

I have got my ILR under five year root in march 2014 before i was in tier 1 general.

now i need to apply for my mrs visa.

she came into country in sept 2013 on dependent visa when i was on tier 1 general and her visa expire in 15 may 2014.

now i am confused which visa i should apply to her?

please some one give me information?

PBS dep extension or FLR(M), though, the latter will reset the settlement time period to a new 5 years and has a Financial and English Requirement.
