Hello there, I Am an Indian Student here on my student visa. First of all I'd really like to say i'm not here for any citizenship. The only reason I came to UK to study was for my girlfriend. We're dating since 2 years now. I have a 4 year student visa now. So just want to know from now what can I do to be safe and show everything legally ? How can I get married to her and be with her after? Can someone please help me with this? as we are both really worried about this. Replies would be much appreciated.

Marry (you don't need permission from the Home Office) and then apply to switch to spouse on form FLR(M)....assuming between you, your earnings are at least £18,600 per year.

Hey there Casa, thank you soo much

Is the earning of 18,600 should be from the girl? Or both of our earnings? And at some place I even read that we can just show a total saving of 16,000 in an account?
Can you please please guide me with this?

It can be from both of you in earning £18600. If you do not have any income then you are able to show you meet the rrquirement by showing your saving, as far as i know the minmum saving is £62500 if you two do not have any income, it will increase if you have any depandent children. Please correct if am worng.
