ILR - what would you choose? 10 years or Tier 1 5 year?

Next year qualify to apply for the 10 year ILR in August, or the 5 year Tier 1 in March the year after.
Wondering what you guys would go for?

Advantage for Tier 1:
* Faster processing: Seems the 10 year applications take a long time (at least 4 months, right?) - meaning probably wouldn't get it before Dec/Jan - where as the PEO Tier 1 you could get on the day in March. (If appointments are easy)
* I have done lots of travel - close to the 540 days total absences over the 10 year period. So I'd have to stop travelling to stay in the UK for the next 18 months.

Advantage for 10 year:
* Seems easier re criteria
* Probably get ILR a few months earlier.
* CHeaper than a PEO

Thoughts?

I would go for whichever comes first . Things changes quickly so the sooner the better.

True- though 4-6 month processing time guaranteed, with no travel - not sure!
