Work Permit holder confirmation

Hi All,

Need some help completing my ILR application. I am on Tier 2 ICT and earlier had work permit.

On Page 53 section 11P, it says "If you were a work permit holder, provide documents confirming that you were in employment for which a work permit was issued throughout the period concerned".

What should I provide to meet this requirement?

Many thanks in advance

You would have a work VISA stamped for that period as well . Just keep all your P60 and also original WP with you. Generally , it isn't required but you can produce if demanded.

That's part of the problem. My company do not have my P60 for 2009 and I can't seem to get it from anywhere else; called HMRC they said employer has to provide it.

You need to ask for the employment history from HMRC and not P60.
Also , do you have all wage slip and related bank statement of that period ? If yes , then don't worry . You can produce it if asked .
