Very Urgent - Cohabitation Docs

Hi,
My spouse completed 3 years in UK in last 5 years but not continuously. As per her last entry she is here in UK since Sep 2012.
I got a suggestion from this forum it should be fine though my wife haven't completed 2 years continuously. So im planning to
give it a try. Will following Cohabitation docs is enough?
a) Council Tax Bills on both of our names for the years 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13, 2013/14. This covers 2 years
b) Rental agreement from Jan 2013 to till date. on both our names. <This doesn't cover 2 years though>
c) NHS Medical Card. We registered in Sep 2012. So we received 3 individual cards. <This doesn't cover 2 years though>
d) Recently (Jan 2014) we received a letter from Electoral Dept. 2 individual letters on each of our names. <This doesn't cover 2 years though>
e) 2 years bank statement of my wife (not a joint account only on her name).
Rest all utility bills etc are in my name for past 5 years, so no point in changing it to my spouse name now.
So above document is enough to get through? Or is it too risky to apply ILR for my spouse now?
