I had a query regarding my wife ILR (dependent)

I got my ILR last year July 2013 on Tier 1 PBS,
My wife came to UK in May 2012 as Tier1 dependent visa, later I had extension of my Tier 1 visa in September 2012, so I send my application along with my wife Tier 1 dependent by post. Got Tier1 extension visa for both of us in February 2013 for next 2 years ( valid Till Feb.2015)

Later I m qualified for my ILR on May 2013 where I went on same day service and I got my ILR done.
Since my wife Join me in UK May 2012 she don’t have any co habitation document proof till August 2013.
Now she had NHS Registration from Aug 2013,
Election voter Registration form July 2013,
Bank account from August 2013
Provisional Driver Licence August 2013

All above she had on the same address where we both living together but Only I do carry same above documents on same address more than 2 years.

Now as per above scenario when she ll be eligible for applying for ILR depended visa?
She ll be completing her 2 years in UK by May 2014 but cohabitation proof she having since August 2013.

Your Expert opinions are expected to resolve my above query

Cohabitation evidence has to be from the last extension, thus, February 2013. What about council tax or bank statements?

Hi Amber thanks for prompt reply.

Council Tax we don't have it as living in sharing apartment so council tax comes on my friends name as flat contract on his name.
We have water bill on our both name together (me and my wife) from Aug.2013.
my wife had her first bank account since Aug 2013 so all evidence are only available from Aug 2013 onwards.

Can we get something from Council if we have been paying council tax? do they provide such letter?

Hi,

Yes! If you were paying council tax you can call the council office and ask them for a copy of old bill. I got it by calling my local council.

Thanks for Info. but in my case council Bill is not on my name so how come I ask them to give me details of council bills?
Council bill is paid by my flatmate who had an agreement on his name for this property.
we two family sharing the property and only Water bill is on combo name ( Me and my wife) since August 2013.

Can you try your GP ? I guess they give a letter for a nominal cost.
A few ideas:
Car insurnace
Voter list
Drving License letter, even provisional will do

Many thanks for your prompt reply but unfortunately all above
Documents my wife had since Aug 2013.
She opened bank account
Voter list registered
NI number
Utility bill
NHS registered
provisional driver licence

All above she had it since Aug 2013 only.

Ok. Let me ask my consultant he may have some ideas

Any update on my issue?

No Council Tax Bill as we sharing the Apartment with another family, though council tax bill is on other family name.

All above she had it since Aug 2013 only.

Please Help...
