Hi Guys,

Hope some expert here will help me.
My query is regarding 5 years eligibility criteria so that i can apply my ILR timely. I came to UK in 2006 on student visa and after my FTS (fresh talent scheme, scotland) applied for Tier-1 as dates given below:

My first Tier-1 visa (general): 29/04/2009 to 29/04/2012
Extension for Tier-1 : 15/06/2012 to 15/06/2014 (Applied through post so extension applied from 15th June)

So, can you please suggest when i would be able to apply for my ILR earliest? As per 28 days rule, am i eligible to apply after
01/April /2014(if you calculate 5 year from my first tier1) or i've to apply 28 days before my expiry date of visa i.e after 19/May/2014 (expiry on 15/June/2014)?

Thanks in advance,
Din
