Hi All,

i only get pdf copies of my payslip which can be downloaded and printed. these are also password protected . so my question is has anyone applied with printed pdf salary slips. and has this ever been a reason for refusal

the amount obviously matches with the bank statement

Online payslips are fine, just print them on company headed paper and get them stamped..

i used them during my tier 1 extension and they were fine

This is absolutely fine. I did not print them on company letterhead and did not get them stamped, and they were accepted without any issues. My company uses paycheck to produce online payslips.

online payslips should be fine but remember to get them signed and stamped, otherwise these will not be valid.

you can also get salary figures on a company letterhead, list each month salary with dates received, then sign & stamp.

As long as they are signed and stamped you should be fine.

You don't necessarily need to get them stamped, I have had my two extensions and for my family and never got any objection that why my payslips aren't stamped. Though I printed them on letterhead and attached a reference letter from my company stating my annual salary... Not all companies do that
