ILR Query pls help - Urgent

I got my visa approved from 3 March 2009

1) first entered UK on 9 May 2009 --

2) went for my marriage to Home country 13 July 2012 - returned 25 sep 2012

3) went for my home country on 28th sep 2013 - and returned back 6 oct 2013


My visa expires on 3 March 2014.........am applying on 90 days...route pls......(TIer 1 )


can you please let me know do we need to count the Departure date and Arrival date...am bit confused can any help me on this pls...am due for my ILR

You need to exclude departure and arrival date while counting your absence. For how long have you lived in UK count year and month from your arrival date.
