I am looking to apply for ILR under Tier 2 ICT category. Just wanted to check one thing as below:
the base package of my salary is £27600 (which is obviously less than what is expected) however, my company is paying me £1530 in a year as a housing allowance. Total of this come out to be more than £29000 which is OK on my job code.Whether this housing allowance be considered in my overall package in an year and ILR be granted to me?

If this allowance is guaranteed and was part of your salary package for your last tier 2 extension then this should be ok. Examples of guaranteed allowances include London weighting etc. So long as these allowance are not unguaranteed like bonuses or overtime, then they could be part of the salary package.
Let your sponsor give to a letter explaining this housing allowance + basic pay.

Your employer needs to mention your annual package in the reference letter . Salary break up isn't required . Also, your bank statement and salary slip should prove that you are getting mentioned amount.
What is the frequency of getting that allowance ? Your salary slip/bank statement reflects that allowance ?
If yes , then you are fine.
