am really sorry for asking question which is been asked already many times on this forum! just would like to know the latest situation so will really appreciate your replys

i see on forum where people manage to skip FLR m on PEO appointment and managed to get set M straight.. are there any recent success on that?

also people advised to take both forms when go for appointment so shall i book appointment for set m or flr m?

i ve been on tier 1 for last 3 years and got my ILR last week on 10year basis and my dependent been in country since 2010.

If you were granted ILR based on 10 years residence, your spouse/dependent has to switch to FLR(M) first.
