ILR application if PBS dependant in employment

My son age 19 came to UK as a Tier-1 general Dependant in 2009
He is now 19 and we are applying for ILR
He took a GAP year and in order to get work experience he is doing full time apprenticeship in Brent council for which he is also paid
as per the ILR Dependant requirements he is Not married not in civil relationship and does not live independantly
I have proof of his continuous residence with us
Does the employment affect his application?
