Proof of English qualification for ILR

Hello Guys,
I have to apply for ILR in few months. I am on Tier-1 visa and my University and course is listed under point based calculator of UKBA. I did not provide any proof of English language qualification for my Tier-1 visa initial application and extension. Do you know , if same is applicable for ILR or I have to take a letter from my university or UK NARIC to prove my degree was taught in English language or should I go with the listing in the point based calculator alone ?
