T2 ICT is eligible for ILR

Hi
I had work permit from Jan 2008 to Jan 2010 and then got T2 SW (Intra Company Transfer) Migrant visa from Nov 2009 to Jan 2012 .And currently on Tier 1 from May 2010 to May 2015
I have continues 5 years stay from April 2009 (which includes all three visa types Work permit + T2 ICT +T1)
Can claim stay from T2 ICT ? I am asking this question as the document is saying T2 (General) only
