ILR Letter of absence for absences less than 180 days

Dear Seniors, moderators and fellows
Please can anyone clear my doubts on letter of absence?
How important is to provide this letter with ILR application if absences are les sthan 180 days?
Please can some paste a sample letter (self, not employer) in reply.

Based on forum members experience for abscences <=180 days CW aren' t insisting on letter .

I agree with your thoughts, however I would like to know if anyone with absences less than 180 days was ever asked for the absence letter durin gILR application. I request all members and readers to share experiences.

Hi dk2011,
I don't intend to Doubt you but can anyone else who has done the PR Recently please confirm that Letters from Employers are not required if the total absences is less than 180 days. I was just worried about it as getting letters from Employers whom I left 2/3 years ago would definitely be a problem.
