Today I got ILR from Croydon office

Tire 1 G application approval = March 2009
UK entry = May 2009
90 day rule apply

Documents submit

All passports
Bio-metric card
Pay slips
bank statements
Life in UK test
IELTS test from 2009 application (expired but no issue)
45 day absent but only provide 5 day absent letter from current employer and for other self explanatory letter that I was on annual leave

Appointment time at 8 50 but arrive at 8:00 am.
submit application at 8:25
got result at 9:45

Can I ask what do u mean by 90 day rule apply?

Do u had continuous emplyment or self employed as well?

90 days rule mean time between first Tire 1 application and first entry into uk should not be more then 90 days long other wise another Tire 1 ext required.

No i was not on continues employment and it does not matter.

Congrats...in case of self explanatory letter which option should be ticked from 6.3
