All Income Sources for ILR or Exclude few?

Dear All,

I teach part-time at few institutes on varying contracts and durations and am also registered as self-employed. I do meet the minimum points for income through just part-time employment. While applying for my ILR, do I have to show all the sources and income I earned in the last 12 months? Can I EXCLUDE couple of employments AND self-employment income to avoid showing too many documents to prove the minimum income? I can provide all the documents if required though.

Many thanks for your time.

Hamad

You need to be very careful with this . You can see number of cases pending related to it.
For the related period your income declaration should exactly match with that of HMRC . Also , keep all contract document and invoice etc ready .

Thanks for the reply. You mean to say irrespective how much have the earnings been, I need to show invoices, payslips for all sources?

My point is income that you are going to show for the related period should match exactly with that of HMRC. Also, if you have more earnings then required it makes your case stronger.

Thanks again. I understand now. Will have to ask HMRC if they can send me the details of my income of the period within a financial year.
