Hi, my firend is working as taxi driver(attached with a company)...he is applying for ILR net month..he is on tier1 general....his company is registerd and he paid all his past earning tax on time..if some plz help me on this

what documents he should take with him on window service
what types of Qs can he be asked
would it be a peoblem to get ILR as taxi drivers
would HO will ask about invoices or customers details or business details
how he can prove his earning..
any relevant thing

urgent responces is mych apriciated....any1 who got ILR as a taxi drivers..plz shaer ur experience

As long as he is able to secure the required points and able to provide the evidence, he will be ok.

I don't think Home office will look at what proofession is the ILR applicant applying. All they need is the documentation and proof of income etc..
If he is tier 1 General then he needs to supply the necessary documentation.

ie as below:
Salary slips/Dividend vouchers
bank Statment

Can u plz explain in what category your friend is applying for ILR only then someone will help you regarding documentation .,as every category has it's own demands

He is applying as tier1 general....SET(O) also he spent 206 days out of UK in last 5years..no more than 90 days in any single visit...
