English language requirement confusion

Hi,
I had a query on the English language requirement for me and my dependent wife. I understand this question has been asked several times earlier on this forum. But when I tried to access the forum topics related to this, I got bit confused and lost in too many responses - some were contradicting to the earlier ones that I read.
I entered UK with Tier 1 General Migrant VISA issued on 01Apr2009. I am planning to apply for ILR this May and came across this section in the ILR form:
"From 28 October 2013, to qualify for indefinite leave to remain, all applicants aged 18-64 must meet a revised Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK requirement."
On referring the guidance notes I noticed, this part of the requirement can be met if the person:
has an academic qualification (not a professional or vocational qualification), and
provides appropriate evidence that the qualification was taught or researched in English.
The qualification must be deemed by UK National Academic Recognition Information Centre (NARIC) to meet the recognised standard of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in the UK.
I have done my Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University (4 years) and my wife has done her Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (5 years). I was thinking of providing these docs for both of us:
- University Degree Certificate in English
- Letter from College confirming degree was taught in English
Do we both have to provide a comparison letter from UK NARIC even when we have Bachelors degree? I had already proved my English language requirements when I first applied for Tier 1 VISA. Do I still have to do it again?
As per the statement below, when I enter my Bachelor's degree in PBS calculator, I noticed that I am awarded zero points for that!
A printout from the points-based calculator, confirming the equivalent level of the degree, and that it was taught or researched in English. The printout must show the degree has been awarded at least 20 points, and an additional 10 points for English
language.
Am I doing anything wrong while entering details in PBS calculator? I have attached the points awarded for degree in PBS.

Any help will be appreciated.
