Hi All,

Can someone help me on the ILR form that I am supposed to use for me and my dependents.

I am applying for the ILR on completion of 5 yrs PBS – Tire 1 (HSMP). Should I just use one Set “ O” form for myself and my three dependents or is there any other application form that I should be filling.

My dependents have completed 3 years living in UK.

Please Advise..

Set (O) is correct for main applicant and dependent.
