ILR General Grounds For Refusal

Hello,
I got 6 points and 300 Pounds court fine for the driving offenses which were,
Failure to report an accident
Driving without due care and attention
and at the moment I am waiting 24 month period as described in General Grounds for Refusal.
Today, I was checking this document, page 20 of this document which is about Indefinite Leave To Remain Criminal Convictions - Paragraph 322(1c) says in the end,
'' For the information on how to consider applications where the applicant falls into one of the above groups, see related link: SENTENCE BASED THRESHOLDS'' but I did not find these threshold any where.
If anyone of our colleagues have any idea then please guide me.
