Hi there,
I have a query regarding my ILR eligibility, please review the same and advise.

My First Entry to UK - 3rd July 2009 and I was jobless till 5th May 2010. In between I went to India for 96 days (27th Nov 2009 to 5th March 2010- I was sick and I need to take rest as per doctor's advise).
My second entry was on- 5th March 2010, Since then I am working in UK.

Q1: Can I consider my start date for ILR 3rd July 2009 (OR) 5th March 2010. When will I be eligible for ILR? Please advice.
Q2: Please advice weather I can provide letter from doctor to consider my absence when I am jobless to qualify as per my first entry on 3rd July 2009?

What's the date of your Entry Clearance? (Visa Stamp)

My first entry clearance date - 1st March 2009, but I entered UK on 3rd July 2009.

Your qualifying period starts on 5th March 2010.

Your qualifying period starts post 90 days after your first entry

Hi Smartkhan,
can I not apply with compelling reasons as I was sick when I went to India? but i was jobless. I can provide a medical letter from doctor to support my absence. Please advice.
