Having read the 'Continuous residence' guidelines here, I see that the list of Visa categories does not include Tier 2 ICT(granted before 6th April 2010).

It however is seen in Section 6.1 C of Para 245CD here

Just wanted to confirm that period of Tier 2 ICT (granted before 6th April 2010) can still be be counted towards 5 years continuous residence while applying for ILR under Tier 1 General

On your first link, there are two questions on the top, each with a default answer:

Q
1. What's your situation?
A
You have a work visa
Q
2. What's your visa?
A
Tier 1 (General) visa
Next to each is an option
Change this answer
Select "Change this answer" for the second question and choose " Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) visa" then click "Next Step"

There you will see:
To qualify, you must have had at least 1 of these visas in the 5 years:

Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) issued under the Immigration Rules in place before 6 April 2010

Any help on this topic. I am confused if the Tier2 ICT is considered or not.

I know it is logical to infer from this that period of Tier 2 ICT granted before 6 April 2010 can be counted while applying for ILR under Tier 1 G. Just wondering why it is not made quite clear on the settlement page guidance
