Hi Bhm12,
First of all Congrats for your success.

I will appreciate if you can guide me to fill SET (0) form for PBS dependents only.

I am applying for my dependants and will like to know what you answered for Q 6.1 and Section 9 for Point Score Assessment.

Will I be putting in my information in Q6.1 and 9, or the dependents information will go in there and section 9 will be left empty.
[I have ILR based on Tier1 Gen.]

PBS dependant need not to complete section 9 as mentioned on that page. I didnt.
I got tier 1 dependant on 7/04 however entered 11/04. I entered 6.1 as 11/04/12.
So if applicant is on T1 dep visa, this is date of first entry in UK on T1 Dep visa.

Assuming on dependants are applying, all information is for dependants only. Hope this helps.

Dear Tier1Gen,
If you already have an ILR are you sure Set (O) is the right form just for dependants?

if its only dependants applying for ILR I would have thought it would be Set (M) or FLR (M) that you need to fill up.

As far as I understand Set (O) is applicable where dependants are applying along with the main applicant.

HI bhm123,
Thanks for your clarification.

I would appreciate if you could tell me what you answered for home and finances section 5.

Specially 5.4 are we supposed to show any evidence for this question aswell.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Hi Chiku1980,
I have confirmed this, If you got ILR based on 5 years spent on PBS then dependants will go for Set(0), for 10 years route its Set(M).

I would suggest call the homeoffice and double check with them.

Hope this will be of help.
