Dear All,

My case is below.

Date entered into UK : 19-06-2010
Date UK Visa granted : 19-01-2010
Type of Visa : Tier 2 ICT Long term
I have a valid visa until 20-08-2015. I will be completing 5 years stay in the UK on 20-06-2015.
I am worried about the immigration rules stated on April 2010. Could you please advise me whether I am eligible for ILR.

You should be eligible for ilr as your visa was issued before april 2010, although you entered after april 2010.
Any doubt email ukba settlement as see what they say. keep that email as your evidence, if the response is positive.

Apam, can you please advise what is ukba settlement email? I have such a complicated case and would like to check if im eligiable for ILR? Thank you so much,
