Hi all,

Urgent query pls.

I was first given entry clearance in 2008 (work permit). I moved to tier 2 ICT in 2009 and have been extending the tier 2 ICT since then.

I am applying for ILR now. The form ask if I am applying as work permit holder to tier 2. What should I select - WP (as this was the base for first entry clearance) or tier 2?

Yes. Remember to show your original work permit as part of your documents.
