I'm on Tier 1 General visa and below are my Visa validity details.

First Visa Granted (2 years) - 21-07-2010 to 21-07-2012
Extension (3 years) - 21-06-2012 to 21-07-2015
Date of Arrival in UK: 17-09-2010 (58 days after first visa approval)

Please let me know whether I'm eligible for ILR on or after 24-06-2015(before 28 days of visa expiry 21-07-2015).
My total absences for 5 years is not more than 140.

Considering 90 days period(I have arrived in UK within 90 days), I think i don't need an extension, But it would be great if experts in this forum confirm the same.
