Dear,

Many thanks for taking your time to read this post.

I will be applying for ILR and need information on evidence needed to submit. I was a permanent employee and recently switched to contracting job. I have my own limited company with me as a director of the company (and the only employee). I have paid myself only through dividend.

I am providing "personal bank statements" and "a letter from my previous employer" as an evidence for my previous earning.

But I am not sure as in what I need to provide for my current job. Is that
1. "personal bank statements" and "dividend vouchers for each dividend payment claimed, showing both the gross and the net dividend"
OR
2. "business or company accounts that meet statutory requirements and show the net profit made for the earnings period claimed" and "a letter from your accountant confirming the details in those accounts."

If you can answer my question asap that would be great.

Many thanks

For Employment Income You need to provide two Evidences
1)Salary Slips and Employer Letter
2)Bank Statements

For Limited Company As a Director you need to provide following Evidences
1) Dividend Vouchers
2) Personal Bank Statements
3) Business Bank Statements
4) Company Accounts
5) Accountant Letter
and also includes Invoices as well
