Dear gurus,
If passport is returned it could be either approval or rejection. If it is a rejection and one can appeal, when appealing, should one resend the passport?
While appeal is going on can one leave the country?
Thanks

Hi
If you applied fr a visa and your existing leave expired then in case of refusal you won't get your passport back. If you applied applied in time then you will get appeal right and as you won't have your passports so you can't travel abroad unless you want to withdraw your appeal, in that case you will get your passport at the airport at the time of your departure.
Hope this helps

Do they send the replies through Royal mail with requirement of signature of delivery, from recipient or just regular mail?
